It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Love it...with our computer system I can't figure out how to refile/reprint a claim with your PDFfiller form I can fill in the form print it and send it out.

In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

I will be back!
I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!

What do you like best?
Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF
What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
