PDFfiller is almost as good as Adobe
PDFfiller makes PDF editing simple and quick. It's almost as good as Adobe itself. If you don't have Adobe, then here's you substitute.
It's a simplistic and quick online PDF editor. You basically upload your PDF file, then if provides to all of your needs from: inserting text, erasing text and other modification options.
None at the moment because I appreciate using it.

A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.

Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

I love that I can fill out forms and save them fax them from here and really anything I need to do in one area. I hate that it cost so much cause I’m on a fixed income and don’t have the money to keep it I can only use it for the free 39 days.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

How do I get a discharge upgrade?
Can I Get a Discharge Upgrade? You can apply to the Discharge Review Board (DR) of your branch of the service for a discharge upgrade or a change in the discharge reason (that is, character of service).
How long does a discharge upgrade take?
How Long Will it Take to Get a Decision? It often takes a month and a half to two months to find out the board's decision. If you get the upgrade, you'll get a new discharge certificate, DD-214, and a copy of the board's decision. If you don't get the upgrade, you'll get the board's letter explaining their decision.
Can a general discharge be upgraded to honorable?
- Dubs can upgrade general discharges to honorable. Upgrade BOTH discharges to honorable or general. Upgrade BCD's from special courts-martial to honorable, general or BOTH. And change discharges to or from ELS. They cannot overturn or pardon or eliminate a court-martial conviction.
How long does a discharge review board take?
You may present documentary evidence or evidence material to your case, remain silent, present witnesses to speak on your behalf, or be represented by counsel. Hearings are in duration anywhere from one half hour to an hour. Some hearings last longer because there may be many issues that are to be presented.
Can you upgrade your military discharge?
Under the law, you must make your application for discharge upgrade within 15 years of discharge. If your discharge is older than 15 years, you must apply for a change to your military records. You should use a DD Form 293, Application for the Review of Discharge or Dismissal from the Armed Forces of the United States.
Is a general discharge bad?
General discharge (Under Honorable Conditions) This status level could be a reflection of questionable conduct for military members, or perhaps medical reasons for a premature discharge and in most cases this discharge status level is involuntary.
How can I upgrade my BOTH discharge?
As long as the BOTH discharge occurred within the past 15 years, vets can appeal to their branch's Discharge Review Board by filing a DD Form 293. Older discharges would have to be reviewed by a Board for Correction for Military or Naval Records.
