I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Did postmark raise shipping?
Postmark's shipping is still a great deal for anything over 1 lb. Actually with the shipping rates increase, it's not even bad for things just under 1 lb either. First Class rates went up quite a bit. Unless all you're selling is lightweight tops and accessories, $6.79 for shipping is awesome.

How does shipping work with postmark?
Postmark provides a flat rate fee of $7.11 for expedited shipping for all orders. Each order is shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. Multiple items from one seller can be added to the order for the same fee as long as the total weight of the order does not exceed 5 lbs.
Does postmark ship internationally?
If you have tried to order from Postmark in the USA then you know that Postmark doesn't offer international shipping to every country. Before proceeding, start by checking if Postmark ships to your country.
Why is postmark shipping so cheap?
Postmark has a contracted commercial rate with the post office to make it as cheap as it is. They don't get refunds when items are lighter weight because it is all shipping priority. They are not pocketing any shipping money.

How long do you have to ship postmark?
Postmark sellers have 7 days to ship before a buyer can cancel and 21 days to ship before Postmark will cancel. All packages are priority mail (2-3 days on average). So once the seller gets around to taking it to the post office, you can expect your order within 3 business days.
