What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

Useful form creation and library tools
Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms.
So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information.
Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

How do I upgrade my possessor title?
Where title to an estate in land is a possessor one, whether freehold or leasehold, you can apply to upgrade the title to either an absolute freehold or a good leasehold title once the possessor title has been registered for 12 years (section 62(4) and (5) of the Land Registration Act 2002).
When can you upgrade possessor title?
Can I upgrade my title? The registered owner of the property can apply to the Land Registry have their class of title upgraded. If you have possessor title to a property, you must wait 12 years from the original registration before you can make such an application.

Can possessor title be challenged?
By its very nature, a possessor title is subject to challenge by a person with a “better” claim to the relevant land. After land has been registered with possessor title for at least 12 years, an application can be made to the Land Registry to upgrade to absolute title.
