So far, so good. I love the fact that, before I paid--my documents were always saved and not lost. So that later, when I was ready to pay, I didn't have to start over. That was awesome.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

Generally, the average rate of return on investment is anything above 15%. When calculating the rate of return on a rental property using the cap rate calculation, many real estate experts agree that a good ROI is usually around 10%, and a great one is 12% or more.
There are ways that landlords and tenants can make changes to the lease agreement. A lease addendum gives the tenant some power in approving or negotiating the change, because it cannot take effect unless both parties agree and sign. The change only occurs if they both enter into that agreement.

Renovate Your Apartment on Your Landlord's Dime. Establish yourself as an exemplary tenant. Point out unreasonable living conditions in writing. Keep a record of your communications. Do the leg work for your landlord. Figure out the payment before the renovation begins. Offer to do some renovations yourself.
