This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.

I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

I can manage various professional documents with minimal difficulty---especially during these past few years, when electronic submissions replaced face to face meetings.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

How do you update military records?
In order to get your military service records corrected, or your discharge upgraded, you must contact your respective service Board for Correction of Military Records or fill out and mail a DD Form 149, Application for Correction of Military Record Under the Provisions of Title 10, U.S. Code, Section 1552.
Can you look up someone's military service record?
To find someone else's records, you must use Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The FOIA website of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, www.rcfp.org/foi.html, has detailed information. When you file your FOIA request, ask for all “publicly releasable” information on the veteran in question.
How can you tell if someone is lying about military service?
You can ask to see their DD-214, which is the official separation paper issued by the Department of Defense. Be a little jargon. Ask specifics about equipment or location and get some verifiable fact you can check. Ask the paired question: What did you do and what was the classification number?
How do I find my father's military records?

Can you find out if someone got an honorable discharge?
Discharge status ranges from honorable — this covers most veterans — to bad conduct and dishonorable discharges, which can indicate serious problems. The simplest way to find out discharge status is to ask a prospective employee for their military discharge records.
How can I update my dd214?
The best way to receive a copy of your DD 214 is get an benefits account. Go to www.ebenefits.va.gov and register. Once you have a premium account, click on the “Manage Benefits” tab, and go to the Military Personnel File (DORIS) link to request a copy of the DD 214.
How can I upgrade my BOTH discharge?
As long as the BOTH discharge occurred within the past 15 years, vets can appeal to their branch's Discharge Review Board by filing a DD Form 293. Older discharges would have to be reviewed by a Board for Correction for Military or Naval Records.
How do I get my re code changed?
To change your RE code, you may need to apply to the Board for Correction of Military Records (BMR) or Board for Correction of Naval Records (CNR). Your recruiter may be able to help you (or refer you to someone who can help).
