My experience has been great. It allows me to do whatever I would need to do with a PDF and then some!
I liked that you can do just about everything with the software from edited forms to filling them out or creating them. All in one solution.
There really isn't much I can say I didn't like about the software. It really allows for me to do everything I would need to do with a PDF document.

Such a great tool!
Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers.
Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.

Does change of use require planning permission?
Changes of use not requiring planning permission Generally, planning permission is not needed when the existing and the proposed uses fall within the same 'use class'. However, if building work is associated with the proposed change of use, planning permission may be required for that work.
How long is change of use planning?
How long does plan permission take for change of use? Planning applications may take up to eight weeks to be processed. Large or complex applications may take longer. Your Local Authority Planning Office or your planning adviser should give you an idea about the likely timetable.
How long is a planning permission valid for?
By law, any planning permission granted expires after a certain period. Generally, unless your permission says otherwise, you have three years from the date it's granted to begin the development. If you haven't started work by then, you will probably need to reapply.
Is planning permission required for change of use?
No planning or building approval is required if the proposal is changing from an existing use specified to a new use, as laid out in the table below. Please refer to these provisions of the State Policy for a full list of development standards under exempt development relating to changing the use of a premise.
What constitutes a change of use?
Change of use permits essentially change the use of the space and must meet requirements specified by that use. Change of Use permits, once approved, will also require a new certificate of occupancy for the space. Essentially that space is now certified for that use as long as the basic permit requirements are met.
What happens when planning permission expires?
If the development has not commenced within three years, the permission will be considered to have expired, and if the applicant still wished to proceed with the development, they will need to renew the application. The permission will then last for a further 2 years.
Do you need planning permission to excavate garden?
Planning Permission for Gardening and Landscaping Works. For most gardening and landscaping work, planning permission is not needed. It's important to be aware of the rules and regulations though. If you go ahead with work that required planning permission you may have to reverse or alter the work at significant cost.
