It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

Hello, My only complaint would be opening a previous filled in UB92 form. Otherwise, I find PDFfiller a great way of quickly taking care of business... Thankls!

Certainly recommend Very user friendly. Easy to find tools to edit, merge, etc. Was impressed that there was esign that is verified by the program. I am stil on the trial version, but I think I will continue with the paid version too as I do alot of editing to pdfs.

Experienced user back for more I've used pdfFiller in the past and it has always fulfilled the needs I've had of allowing me to fill in documents just as if I had been sitting at a typewriter (I know I'm dating myself by saying that). The ability to do so and add signatures, save documents to a cloud folder, print the documents when needed, or even have the documents notarized or submitted to the IRS is a major time-saver! I trust that the team behind this product will continue to find ways to save people like me time without costing great sums of money. Do that and I may be able to continue to find room in my tight budget for you!

Excellent company excellent service Although when testing the service it did not meet my requirements a month later an annual Bill showed up on one of my payment accounts. This just happened minutes ago and I was up working on a project so I immediately responded. Surprisingly somebody answered the phone at the company. I was able to refer them to my account they could see where I had stopped the service immediately upon testing it because it didn't fit all of my requirements this all happened last month however as a young lady told me the cancellation process takes several steps and somewhere during that process the cancellation was not 100% completed. However she sees where I never utilized the service I did cancel it she immediately moved into action return the payment that was incorrectly processed and was super helpful and super friendly. The Reps name was Sally I am super impressed with not only her but PDF filler because of the fact that they honored my displeasure and something like I said through the process fell through the cracks however I was able to contact them they were able to easily see what was happening with my account and rectify my complaint. I want to vote the company a plus plus because nowadays service is not even a thing anymore it seems rarely can you find a company that stands behind their product and they do so by providing support Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. LOL so yeah I was super pleased with the service although they did not provide what I was looking for the company still will always be on my good list in terms of consideration in case in the future they do provide the needs that I have. A+ Plus

I love PDF Filler I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

Applicant submit the application seeking approval of building plan with necessary enclosure (E) 3 sets and Form 49 if the Local body fall in PA or NTD Area to Local body. Local Body Scrutinizes the application. If local body falls in PA/NTD Area.
A copy of the property's title deed. Power of Attorney for your architect or draftman to submit your building plans for you. The Surveyor General diagram, along with a zoning certificate, contour map and an aerial view of the property.
You may think that any house plan or blueprint that is published or created by an architect, or any published building plan for a shed or garage, is automatically sufficient to obtain a permit. But your local building permit office may not approve these plans.
A decision should be received within five weeks for a full plans application. However, this may be extended to two months by agreement. It is necessary then to give the building control body two working days notice before commencing the works.
It is usually processed by the local authority within 5-8 weeks, with approved applications valid for the next three years. Local authority building inspectors will arrange to visit you and check the works are compliant at key stages in the build process.
