Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great Tool! This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

What do you like best? I can copy, save my files and print off the site to get my 1099's and if I like I can email my workers this for the convenience of saving the stamp. What do you dislike? sometimes its hard to find a certain item I need but with the Help Chat they found it very quickly for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use the site for my 1099's and used it once for a Bill of Sale item I sold.

Hands down best ever! This service is absolutely, hands down, beyond the shadow of a doubt one of the best services that I have ever utilized for document fill-and-sign, templates and basic document editing. Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store. Kudos!! *** *
