While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

I have been trying to cancel my…
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

How much money can you send with Belle?
Your payments can't total more than $1,000 in a 24-hour period, $2,500 over a 7-day period or $10,000 in a month. How long does it take for someone to get the money I send? If you send money to someone who isn't enrolled with Belle, they'll get a payment notification prompting them to enroll.
What is the limit on Belle?
If your bank or credit union offers Belle, please contact them directly to learn more about their sending limits through Belle. If your bank or credit union does not yet offer Belle, your weekly send limit is $500. Please note that you cannot request to increase or decrease your send limit.

Why is there a limit on Belle?
Receiving limits: We do not limit how much money you can receive with Belle using your email address or U.S. mobile phone number. However, the sender may be subject to limits on how much they can send you, based on the policies of their financial institution or payment network.
Why is Belle 3 days?
Money sent with Belle is typically available to an enrolled recipient within minutes. If the payment is still pending for more than three days, we recommend confirming that the person you sent money to has activated their Belle profile and that you entered the right email address or U.S. mobile number.
How many times can you Belle a month?
You can also transfer a limit of $10,000 within seven days with a total of 30 transfers. For one month, the bank allows a limit of $20,000 within 30 days, with a total of 60 transfers. While Bank of America limits the amounts that you can send through Belle, there are no limits on what you can receive.
How much money can I send through Quick pay?
You may make transfers from External Accounts or consumer Chase checking accounts in amounts of up to $2,000 per transaction with a maximum of $2,000 per day, $8,000 in any seven (7) day period, and $16,000 in any thirty (30) day period, from all your combined accounts registered with Chase QuickPaySM.
