Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

PDF filler is VERY easy to use
PDF filler is VERY easy to use. The only sticky point for me sometimes is finding forms. There is a library connected to the app but I often find the forms there confusing. So I google them and import.

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
