I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.

Editing my PDFs without difficulty
This PDFfiller tool for online use is very useful since most PDF editors are paid and not all people can pay for such software. It also allows you to upload the documents you have in your Google Drive account, Dropbox and other tools
I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.
