Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. 4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

tough start, but Sam saved the day!
SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

Awesome Program
Awesome tool. I can modify PDFs easily. I have used it a lot since I got it. I really didn't know how much I would use it, but I use it a lot.The program itself is super easy to navigate. Not a single complaint. Easy to use.
