Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. One question here with this form finished, do you send IRs their copy or do I need to do it myself? Pls respond a.s.a.p., I want to send it today if I need to do this. Thanks, Janet Mac Neal

I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

This allows me to send insurance documents without having to go through multiple websites.

Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!
Had a very pleasant experience dealing with their customer service department. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Product is great and their customer service department is excellent
I am not computer techy
I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.
I was absolutely thrilled with Anna's help when I reached out for my PDF Filler issue. She responded quickly, took screen shots and sent videos to make it easy for me to understand what she was teaching me and was friendly too! Really, I couldn't have been happier.
