I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.
When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.
This has to be the easiest app. on the market. I love the upload from the web, or my pc. I have even used the e-mail. The Templet feature for often used form is great and a time saver. I have already told 3 friends who are also using your service now.

My only wish is that the monthly subscription was a bit more affordable, as it can feel a bit pricey over time. However, the quality and range of features make it a valuable tool that I keep coming back to. Overall, it's a fantastic service for anyone who works with PDFs regularly!

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription (I only wanted to use the free trial) and my PayPal was charged $144. I freaked out and emailed pdfFiller’s customer support and they got back to me within an hour and refunded me! In the future I plan on using their services (right now I can’t afford it) because of how amazing their customer support is!
