It was easy to fill out but I had trouble finding information on 'other' in the first section. I didn't quite understand exactly if I was to put "nonprofit organization" on the line.
Found the forms that I needed and that were only available in paper in my area. So great to be able to fill them out online, check the information for accuracy and print when everything is in order. :)

The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.
This was my first experience with completing a 1099-NEC. It took me a while to figure out what to do. I really enjoyed it. I hope I haven't duplicated

It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I thought I had to wait like with other programs and help on the Internet, but nothing could be further from the truth: in less than two hours my problem is solved. I am very happy with them.
Intuitive & straightforward
This online software seems pretty intuitive to use and I've had a good experience of collecting signatures online, so far.
What do you like best?
I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself.
What do you dislike?
One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

Being able to bill my clients in a timely manner
What do you dislike?
The fact that you cannot delete entries all at once
