It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.
So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.
Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.
The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.
Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.
Love how easy it is to navigate and how I can auto fill any areas that I need to write in again. It's very practical and I will be recommending it to anyone, especially because i can access legal documents so easily!
