I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

I was a little skeptical about this program initially but I am thankful I gave it a try. It really is worth the minimal amount for a subscription. It is fairly easy to figure out. My one minor issue is how it keeps stacking your changes as recent documents, which again is very minor. I have used this personally, for our church and for work. Let's just say I am getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you for making a good and user friendly product.
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Great PDF Filler!
We needed and easy way to for patients to sign there name for Covid testing. Before we came across this they were signing with pen and paper and now they sign digitally on and case protected iPad that can be wiped down and sterilized. The iOS pdffiller app then digitally sends the completed PDF to a nurse. The whole process is seamless.
PDFfiller is very easy to use. Some features that we love are:
-Being able to convert a file into a PDF
-Converting a PDF into a Fillable PDF
-Creating PDF online.
There is also a mobile application for Android and iOS that works great.
Initially it was tough finding out where things were and where the files ended up when saved or converted over to be fillable. I think the menu could be simplified and reorganized.

we forgot to cancel subscription, money was deducted from our account, our mistake. we contacted PDF filler and the money refunded within 2 minutes. Great great Folks. highly Recommended
