I had problems using this program. Customer support helped me to figure out what was causing the problem and fixed it. I appreciate their time and effort.
It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.
my experiences at first was a little upsetting but we overcame it when a lady from the company called me and everything since then has being great

Managed to create and edit PDFs with ease. Its easy to use with many useful tools for whatever editing you require.
Had many of the forms I needed, however, surprised with researching NC business forms I found a 1997 form but not a 2000 form. Fortunately I can use a 2001 form for 2000 year.
