It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.
There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

The forms are easy to access real time and are user friendly.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about using the forms.

The forms have proven very useful in the preparation and filing of business income taxes.

I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

Tons of great features to streamline and especially for working with client signatures. Just discovered the document password protection, which is *******. Customer service is very efficient thru the chat.
It's good.
I needed an editing client after my brother's Kami client for online schooling went down and this let me cleanly and adequately edit and save documents to turn in. Highly recommend.
