They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.
Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. Great Experience So Far! I wish the subscription serve allowed for a 1 time use to avoid errant fraternity brothers from maligning the company with viruses.

Overall my experience has pretty very positive with PDFfiller.
My colleague recommended PDFfiler as I needed a quick way to sign documents while on the road. PDFfiller has all the features I need, even with the free version of the software.
I think to take this software to the next level, the developer should create browser plugins to sign documents without having to upload them to the PDFfiller website.
