After being turned off by the original warning about not being able to submit the forms to the government, which I think is CONFUSING, I kept digging in and found that once you pay they are acceptable. Now LOVE IT
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.
I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.
I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.
Thought I canceled the subscription and I may not have completed the process. After contacting support I was refunded and canceled immediately. Great company

pdfFiller offers the best service, it was so good that I couldn't even imagine, it is the best choice when it comes to editing pdf files related to my studies. But what touched me most is the support service, I accidentally chose the annual plan and they didn't hesitate to cancel the transaction. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
