Works great. I would have give a 5 stars if there's a way to copy and replicate the entire form. Also the ability to rename file name would be nice.

I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved

I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.
Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.
