Like any software you need to learn the program and the first time I used it I was struggling and reached out to support. I was AMAZED at the quick response I received and the step by step instruction.

I find the ease of use of the website decreased with the updated version. Not impossible, but less ease of use. Nothing too bad.

Great customer service
Great customer service, such a hard thing to come across. Easy access to your cloud uploaded documents from any device. The only thing limiting the 5 star is the relatively clunky interface. Still would use again for secure pdf development.

Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.

having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home.
