I found this program on the internet when I needed something to fill a need. I used it and still have some questions as to how and what I can do with it.
What do you like best?
Ability to convert Word Docs and other formats to PDF.
What do you dislike?
Cannot edit and convert some locked and encrypted files.

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Overall pretty great program website to have. Especially, if you looking for hard to find forms, and documents.
What do you like best?
It gives me options and variations of a document that saves me time AND aggravation.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, really. It suits our needs. Maybe more variety of documents.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.
What do you like best?
It is very easy to use & the PDF stay in the system in case you want to go back to it.

I have no dislikes. It saves me so much time

I can very easily upload any PDF & undate it or make any change i need to make or just add some information to it.
