I was upset about a billing issue. Customer service reached out to me immediately and had my issue resolved in a very short period of time. I appreciate the way they handled it and followed up with me. Great customer service!
I have only used this once so far but it was very good quality. I hope to be able to utilize this program often. I just wish it could be put on my desktop.
PLEASE FIX YOUR PRICING PAGE MAKE IT CLEAR THAT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE MONTHLY PRICING PAGE NOT COMBINED WITH THE ANNUAL PRICING PAGE IT MAY GET CONFUSING FOR CUSTOMERS!

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
