Great for my online classes!
This has been a great tool for editing PDFs for my Anatomy class. The only problem is the "drawing" tool does not provide enough color options. It's very limited.
This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.
What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.

Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.

There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.
