Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

I use PDF filler to fill in work forms. I love that I can get my signature easily, and ask others to sign forms! This is great for school paperwork.
Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

I didn't use the service, and my payment was refunded so easily! Most companies are not as willing to offer that level of customer service.
Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
