So far so good. I don't particularly like receiving notification of pricing terms after I've done the work of filling in the form(s). You should present pricing up front. Otherwise, I appreciate the service you're providing.
I love PDFFiller, but I know I won't be using it often. I wish you guys have pay-per-use option instead of paying for a whole year. If not for this very important court doc I'm filling out, I won't even consider paying for a whole year.
Much better than last year. But the pages slide badly -- need one page at a time to finish rather than slipping from page to page as I try to work on just one.
Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

The program is very quick and easy to use. Uploads your documents very fast. You can type or alternate any pdf or word file. It saves it in no time. You can go back and look at any file you have uploaded. Everything is saved. I also love the fact I can use it on my phone as well through the app. It is extremely convenient. I can fill out new vendors forms very quick which saves me time.

I haven't come up with any problems for as long as I have used it...over 2 years now.

It saves me a lot of time. It is a very convenient and fast way to fill out forms or alternate them. Adding a signature on any form is so easy to do through pdffiller. I don't have to print the form, chase my husband to sign, scan it and then email it. Imagine just uploading your form, adding the signature which is already saved and you're DONE :D

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use.
It is making my newsletter each month alot easier to create.
I am able to erase words that I don't need & put in the ones that are easier to read.
I have some PDF's that are very light gray print and don't copy very well. I can take out the words that are too light & replace them with clearer, larger, darker letters.
It is easy to go back to change anything that is not what I want.

It works really good although saving process for the PC is a bit bad because it doesn't save documents directly.
