I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I work in real estate, so being able to fill-in and complete pdf docs is part of the daily life.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are limited to premium service only. I'd like to see more of these included in the standard package.

Quickly and neatly complete documents, forms, contracts.

I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

it was easy to to do it. I am a pensioner and cannot keep the subscription going. Only needed it once hence opted for free trial.

Super simple to use (I'm not that tech savvy) & good options for subscription/sign-up, including free trial! Was able to easily sign & date documents on my phone. REALLY GREAT SERVICE!!
I love the documents I just wish there more Tax documents to utilize. Also the first document I sent I can not find...it would have been during the trial stage ..how can I find it.
