I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE FORMATTING. iT MAY HAVE BEEN THE TEMPLATE THAT I WAS USING AND NOT THE PDF FILLER. i HAVE USED DOC HUB FOR A LONG TIME AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! IT IS MY GO TO PROGRAM.

This is the best site that I have ever come across in terms of PDF converters and I highly recommend it. I was able to work on my piece for days with no fear of losing it, something which happens with some converters making you begin it afresh. This tool was inexpensive and conmparable to any other apps that are PDF based. I had no issues learning and it has many tie ins with cloud based docs and desktop access. No limitations. Very happy
I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
