At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent
Quite good! Quite pleased to know I can unmerge a PDF file and add/remove files and have my file properly edited. I need to learn more about the features.
Since a recent update
Since a recent update, we were no longer able to send documents to SignNow for esignatures. The chat support was able to make some updates and get us working again.
Good and easy to use
Good! The application help me alot with my work and documentation. It is quite easy to use for a first time user. I could figure it out how to go about.
