I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.
There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.
I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

I usually use free apps because they're free, but this program is worth the money. I do a LOT of paperwork on the daily, so this makes life much easier.

It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I thought I had to wait like with other programs and help on the Internet, but nothing could be further from the truth: in less than two hours my problem is solved. I am very happy with them.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
