will cost reasonable to use site and programs and features. I love it to take any document and can make changes or add. its like all in one even the fax number and price which I will use.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). But the important thing is they indicate that it is free to use online, but they demand that we subscribe to make a charge, then we do not have the link to cancel

Kara was very helpful, especially in suggesting we do a Zoom screen share, which made some problems I was having with navigation and document publishing much clearer. She should get a raise.

Sending official documents with my electronic signature is very helpful instead of having to mail documents
I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, *** fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. ***** customer support!
