IT WAS VERY USEFUL TOMUSE. I WAS ABLE TO SEND MAILPIECE TO MY RECEIVER. IT WAS OKAY BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUE AS TO UPLOADING THINGS I WANTED TO FAX OR TO SEND OVER IT WAS A COMLPLICATION WITH THAT.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********
