This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.

I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

Directions for completing fillable forms were very clear, easy to follow, and concise. This is a great product for someone who is in need of fillable forms on a regular basis. Highly recommended.

cool but needs a more user friendly interface. like small pdf for example. An easy converter option, with a file compress option would be cool. But as far as functionality and edit ability, PDF filler produces superior edits and is why I choose it over other products.

I really like your product. I am not very computer savvy so I would greatly appreciate a webinar to help with navigating your website. That being said I have used your chat feature several times and your agents have all been awesome...very helpful!!
