Excellent product. Clearly, this was well developed. Kudos to the programming team. Wish it were a little cheaper! Want to get additional customers? Give a military discount.
I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.
Since this was my first experience using this app. I found it to be very user friendly. I am sure it will be simpler with additional experience.
With the second use, this app. is very user friendly.
It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team
