The format of the website was a lot to get used to as there are a plethora of options to go through. Once I was familiar with the site it became obvious this was everything I needed it to be. Great functionality, easy to use. Highly recommend.

Filling out forms for business accounts and taxes looks very professional using this software.
I recommend trying this product out. PDF forms are easily filled out for a clean, professional appearance.
Just like using any new software, learning how it operates can be frustrating but with help and tutorials becomes easily used.
Filled My Document My Way
Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

Really intuitive and easy to use interface. I'm not the best with computers but I was able to workout what I needed to do fairly easily just by playing around with the site.
