So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.
Wish we had a phone number to speak to customer service directly. I am old school and like to get directions with a call otherwise you have a great service.

Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

PDFfiller Fills Needs
My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal.
It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss.
Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.
Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I am a data manager at a school and this program has made my job a whole lot easier when it comes to asking for student records. This also helps when my fax machine wants to be lazy lol the five stars are definitely not enough!

I love this app...exactly what I was looking for and it offers more than what I need but will be able to use for my future Business Needs!
Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Loved it. Struggled with editing sideways orientated text. Type replaced went a little wonky, it was for a quick edit to a a basic document, not an official presentation, in which case I might have required a more powerful editor.
