Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Excellent PDF conversions
This software helps me keep documents in unchangeable forms so that they can be sent out and not altered.
I love that I do not have to download anything to my computer. I can go straight to the website, upload my document or file, and then have it converted into a PDF within seconds. It is super fast and the PDFs look great.
I have used PDFfiller numerous times, and there is not one thing I can think of that I do not like about it.
I needed to make editable changes to a document in a short window of time. PDF Filler did the job!
User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.
I wish that I could've been able to log in and get right to my previously saved work faster. The intro screen and the print screen were rather busy.
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I use a clunky chromebook and needed to fill in an enormous health history form. This pdf filler was the easiest experience I have had with one of these assists. As I rarely need to do this I did not continue the subscription and the customer service was excellent I do highly recommend pdfFiller.

This is a wonderful source for various forms that you may need to create(e.g.,invoices and proposals) and the customer service is phenomenal! I am convinced that I will be a lifetime customer!!
I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
