I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.

I need a pdf editor and I use this product because it is a cheaper alternative

The Editing feature on this product was hard for me to master

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Great tool for PDF format
It's good to have it and override feature added on
Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages
It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version
