With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.
What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

So far so good
So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.
I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.
