First time user needed. I needed to use live chat to find the forms I needed for the IRS.The videos were helpful along with the live chat.I can see other instances when this service will be helpful.Great experience.
small business. Now I can do anything without having to print and scan. even works from phone. Mainly use with gmail and google apps and it is awesome.
Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.
It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

Great! I was able to create documents for childcare that are able to be sent electronically to reduce unnecessary contact while the COVID-19 spread continues.
I only just started using it
I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.
