I didn't know it was going to cost money. I am just a private person trying to get Medicare reimbursement. The print is very tiny so proofreading is hard.
It is a little hard getting the text to line up on the lines just right, but I figured a few tricks that help. Would have saved me time if I had been shown/told first in a tutorial how to fill it out best.
It's easy to use, eliminating the need to printout, fill in and scan forms. It makes my life easier.
Customer service is helpful and quickly resolved my problem.
I wish I knew how to use it better, I need to send it to my car insurance company and I don't know how to send it effectively. I am interested in learning more.
I was able to make a Loan Agreement in purchasing a Manufactured Home in Florida for my x-husband so we could have it and a POA for him at the closing on May 23, 2022. I live in Michigan and needed to protect my interest in this new home for him and two others that used to live in his Adult Foster Care Home in Grand Rapids, MI seventeen years ago. I think this is most trusted website I ever seen and customer service and compliant are very much priority for them. Customer service team is very quick and knowledgeable.
Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.
What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has simplified my study resources by allowing me to combine relevant documents.
There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.
