Do you really want me to tell you what I think about PDFFiller? I am about to jump out of my skin with this program & I just started using it. I have not used hardly any of the features it has! Sending me a follow-up survey is not going to only do one thing? I'll tell the world how excellent this software is!
What do you like best?
I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)
What do you dislike?
Haven't had any issues that I can think of
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

A feature that is critical to my business broke on Friday. I was able to interface and get updates about the fix over the entire weekend and had the problem solved by the dev team before Monday morning. Awesome teamwork from the folks at PDFiller from end to end. Highly recommend.
It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. It was fast, easy and extremely self explanatory. I actually signed up for it because it was worth it. I recommend it to anyone who needs access to documents quickly. There was also a plethora of different forms to choose from.
I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

IF YOU HAVE DOCUMENTS TO BE FILLED OUT OR SIGNED, THIS IS DEFINETLY THE PROGRAM TO USE. ITS EASY TO GET AROUND. THE PROGRAM DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS.
Very easy to use, being an assistant and constantly filling out reports for the State, it is nice to have something that works so easily and is consistent in its responses.
