At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Used PDF filler to help with guardianship papers for our grandson. Paid over $500 for help in 2010. PDF filler saved money and most important, time by being able to fill them at home and not the legal library.
Pros:
+Has a send to sign feature
+Allows editing of PDF text
+Add/Remove/Edit Fillable fields
+Save forms as templates
+Up to 5 users with the largest subscription
Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.
Great Tool!
My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size.
I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be.
I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.
Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue
Good product for what it is designed for.
Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor.
Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.
