I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.
I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

Customer service is fantastic and the product is super easy to use and convenient. Will be renewing my subscription when I need to edit pdfs regularly in the future.
I'm not very tecey. But I managed to get things done. Going to try another sheet filled.
I plan on getting hold of Customer Care Resolution, to help me. This program has been very helpful with making my family genealogy organized.

Just happy I can put the forms I need in one place and continue to use them without having to redo them every time.
What do you like best?
I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program

It a one stop for get our certificates out to our insured, I like that we can now email and fax from the site
