It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.
Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.
The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.
What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business

I really appreciate how streamlined and easy it is to fill out tax docs! Makes it so much more hassle free. My only issue is that it's a 100% free service, as I wish this was something the IRS did a long time ago.

This website is awesome for any pdf files that need to be edited. I had a few problems along the way but once you figure it out and get use to it, its a breeze.
I love Pdf Filler. I have tried ten different products similar to Pdf Filler and none of them had the features, functionality, utility, intuitive interface, and price point. I tried ADOBE and absolutely hated every moment. I cannot tell you how happy I am with your product!!! We have streamlined our HR onboarding process and our clinician credentialing process. At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.
