Since this was my first experience using this app. I found it to be very user friendly. I am sure it will be simpler with additional experience.
With the second use, this app. is very user friendly.
This program is easy to use, has the forms I needed. Easy fill, print and save. Great online program. Accomplished exactly what I needed to without having to search all over for the forms.

We use this program daily in our offices. It allows for ease of use in getting things signed and sent back quickly.
We have no cons at this time and have been using the services for almost 2 years now.

Sam was absolutely awesome! i explained my issue and needless to say i had been trying to figure this out all day and within 5 mins Sam had me on the right path. His excellent customer service and knowledge was a winning combination. Sam is definitely an asset to this companyRhonda W
I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
