I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. I was very impressed with the ease of transferring a PDF file and faxing it with a few very easy steps. I've since needed it again and to happy that I had it. I will definitely be checking out other option PDFfiller has to offer.
This has been a great service for me! As an independent consultant, I often have to forward W9s to organizations. It is great to know I have a secure way to do that.
I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.
I have been able to ask questions by email and by live chat. I needed to be able to sign documents and now i need to be able to convert docs to PDF and am pleased to find a way to do it.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.
